Hostilitiy-
A word that drives this book. And more importnantly drives the characters.Even Jacob who almost kills August with a knife. We all know Jacob as the innocent protagonist. Havoc broke loose in the circus after August's fight between Jacob and Marlena. I definately did not expect any of these events to happen. Personally I did see Marlena and Jacob together in the end (Especially after reading spoilers) but nothing like this ever crossed my mind.
This book was a little rough to start as i've mentioned in my previous posts. But all the pages I had to read that left me dragging along led me up to this point in the book now. With only 30 pages to go I still have no idea what is going to happen. The thought of getting redlighted crosses every member of the circus's mind. Nobody is safe anymore in the circus especially with the manipulative and controlling 'Uncle Al'.

This book didn't seem appealing to me at first, I thought it would just be another animal book. After reading your post, I think it sounds really good. I like how you chose to describe the book in an interesting way.
